Shipping:

• $8.95 flat rate shipping within the USA or FREE SHIPPING for orders $150 or more.

• $38 flat rate shipping to canada/international addresses.

• FREE SHIPPING for additional orders placed within 24 hours from your previous order.

• All orders ship from our warehouse in San Marcos, California with USPS or UPS Ground.

• Our typical shipping schedule is as follows:  orders placed Monday-Wednesday will be shipped out Thursday/Friday, orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped out Monday/Tuesday.  Holidays and large sales may extend shipping schedules slightly.

• Shipping for MARKET LIVES may very depending on the brand as we have to wait for vendors to ship us the product after these special events.

Returns & Exchanges:

We know that sometimes things just don't fit right and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. That's why we are happy to accept returns and offer exchanges as long as you adhere to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• ASHLEY ROADS RETURN FORM must be submitted within 14 days of package delivery.

• Items returned must be unworn/unwashed with original tags still attached and odor free. Items returned that smell of smoke will not be accepted and returned back to the purchaser, and that customer will not be allowed to return items in the future.

• All sale items ending in .99, as well as all mystery items, swimwear and snacks/food are FINAL SALE items and not eligible for return/exchange.

• Exchanges are available for a different size in the same style only, all other items will be processed as a return for store credit.

• All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, we do not refund orders to original form of payment. Once processed you'll receive an email that the funds are available on your Ashley Roads account. Shipping fees are not refundable.

• Any loyalty rewards earned on a returned item will be subtracted from the returned amount.

• Customers are responsible to cover the costs of shipping back returns and may use any carrier they wish.

• Returned items must be shipped out from the customer within a timely manner after submitting the form to:
